An evil mother who encouraged her partner to rape her young daughters in front of her to benefit their 'sexual education' has been jailed for ten years.

The 65-year-old urged her former lover to systematically rape her three girls - all under the age of 16 - over a seven-year period.

She told her children to wear provocative 'adult' underwear before plying them with alcohol.

The grandmother, from Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, then drove the girls to Bleadon, North Somerset, where they were raped separately by her partner.

Bristol Crown Court was told the woman only allowed the rapist to abuse her daughters when she was present as she derived a sexual thrill from the abuse.

Her actions, which took place over a seven-year period in the 1970s and 80s, were only reported to police in 2010 when a victim heard the rapist had died.

Officers quizzed the mother and she fully admitted what she had done. On Wednesday, she pleaded guilty to 25 charges of aiding and abetting the rape of her children.

Miss Macfarlane said: 'Her boyfriend said she had ruined her life and she should stop that happening again by giving the girls sexual experience.

'He said it happened in different cultures, where young women are given sexual experience by a trusted friend or a member of their family.

'He said it would do them good.

'She says now it is disgusting and she must be punished. She is very intelligent. She is a very nice woman.'

She added that the mother would have stopped the abuse if the girls had ever resisted.

The court was told how the woman had led an unblemished life since the rapes and had even had her daughters to stay with her and looked after her grandchildren.

I found myself torn on buying it.
Here's the thing - he's a predator, he used the mom. The mom let him. Now, the mom has remorse & is willingly accepting her fate because of what she did & let happen to her daughters.

But she still let him. She's guilty & deserves to rot. Meanwhile, her daughters need to learn to heal from the ultimate betrayal AND raise their families. Not fair.

In our society we've been trying to get the message across to survivors to TELL, and honestly I think they're finally starting to see it's important they do. We're on their side. But now we need to get the point across to the mothers that let this happen - if you don't have a backbone, if you help these perps in anyway, YOU'RE GOING DOWN. They use that "he convinced me" or "I was scared" excuse....they need to know they're just as guilty. If society knows there's consequences for not standing up for someone, maybe they'll start.

I don't believe she feels any remorse. She ''derived a sexual thrill'' from seeing her daughters raped by her partner. Fuck her and her 'remorse'.

And we only have her word that her partner said those things - the word of a woman who dressed her children in provocative clothing, got them drunk, drove them to her partners house and then watched while he raped them - and she got off on it. He's dead, he can't contest what she said. She is as bad, if not worse, than the rapist. Even the judge says so:

'You were as culpable, if not more culpable, than the perpetrator of the rapes.'

Page one how to feed and burp , page two how to not let a predator talk you into giving him/her your children . I just don't buy that she was talked into it . At times I find myself delving into the psychology of these crimes & so I tend to look between the lines. She didn't fight the charges, she accpeted for instance. There was no "proof". But bottomline - whatever testimony her daughters gave is what should be believed. The mother's word hasn't any substance any longer. No matter how any of these crimes go down - the abused should always be beleived first.
