HOUSTON – A 38-year-old Dickinson man who investigators say professed his love for 14-year-old "jailbait" girls was sentenced Wednesday to 151 months in federal prison.

Larry James Kramer pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography on January 13, 2012.

According to investigators, undercover agents caught Kramer trading child porn images and videos on a public website in October of 2008.

In a chat discovered by law enforcement, Kramer reportedly discussed his love of 14-year-old girls, which he referred to as "jailbait."

When agents raided his home in January of 2010, they said Kramer admitted to trading child porn images online. Investigators said they found about 5,100 child porn images and 143 videos

Larry James Kramer of Dickinson will serve more than 12 years in federal prison for possession and distribution of child pornography, a federal judge has decided.

The investigation that led to a guilty plea began when he was seen trading child porn on a publicly accessible Web site, and when he was discovered in a chat room talking about his love of 14-year-old girls who he called "jailbait."

Cops eventually got a warrant and searched his home; Kramer told them when they questioned him that they would find some child porn on his computer and DVDs.

Police found 5,188 images of child pornography and 143 videos, most of which were longer than five minutes each, prosecutors say.

Their description: "The images and videos involved pre-pubescent minors and sadistic acts including bondage, oral sex, images with adults present, masturbation and instances of lascivious displays of genitals."

Kramer, 38, has been allowed to stay out on bond before he will "voluntarily surrender to a U.S. Bureau of Prisons facility to be determined in the near future
