Seven black teenagers were arrested on suspicion of committing a hate crime after attacking a 15-year-old Hispanic boy as he walked home from school in Southern California.

A video which captured the brutal attack in Palmdale on March 14 were posted on YouTube but have since been removed.

It showed as many as 10 boys surrounding the victim and challenging him to a fight. The suspects then began hitting him while others watched.

During the beating, the teens made racially derogatory statements that were captured on the video, according to Lt. Don Ford of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

After the victim fell to the ground, the assailants kicked him multiple times in the head, knocked out several teeth and left shoe impressions on his skin, Ford said.

The victim was able to get to his feet and escape the onslaught, and will need to undergo dental surgery.

The attack happened near Cactus Middle School, but Ford didn't know if any of the teens involved were students there.

The seven boys, aged 13 to 16, were identified from the video which has been retained for evidence.

And this ladies and gentleman is why extra curricular activities exist so kids arent roaming the streets like dogs looking for other kids to beat up. I swear my kid would be running to the jail house to get away from me if he EVER got his ass mixed up in some foolishness like this. As a parent I am all for beating a kids ass if thats what they wanna run around and do to others, who haven't done a damn thing spiteful towards them other than being of a different nationality. Its just beyond nuts what kids think is acceptable behavior and you would think by now they would know not to video tape their bullshit ass crimes!

I don't know what Trayvon has to do with some out of control hoodlums beating on a kid that was different race from them. Personally, I wish that the Trayvon thing would die down, and people would stop dragging it into other threads. But calling him an animal is going to win you no friends man. Just an FYI.
