BATON ROUGE, LA — An East Baton Rouge Parish school bus driver is locked up on Aggravated Rape charges.

According to deputies with the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, Donald Bordelon, 61, forced an 18-year old mentally handicapped woman to have oral sex with him on the school bus.

It's thought to have happened about ten times.

According to a criminal report Bordelon would stand above the victim while she sat on the first seat of the bus.

Deputies say Bordelon gave the victim a cell phone and candy.
