Olando Jones Dressed Up & Played Dr To Try And Steal A Baby From Hospital

ALEXANDRIA, LA - Police are trying to figure out why a man posed as a physician and allegedly attempted to kidnap a two month old child from its hospital room.

The Alexandria Police Department was called to an area hospital at around 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28. When they arrived they were advised that a man, Olando Jones, 29, of Alexandria had attempted to kidnap an infant.

The mother of the child reported the incident to hospital staff. She says Jones entered her hospital room posed as a physician. She alleges that he attempted to kidnap her baby.

Jones was detained by hospital staff until police could arrive. He was then arrested and booked into the Rapides Parish Prison Detention Center.

Jones is charged with one count of Attempted Simple Kidnapping.

Well with things being as hard as they are I have heard babies make a wonderful roast and go great in stew. Maybe he was just hungry. That or he was gonna sell the baby on the underground adoption market and use the money for drugs.

Makes me wonder is the dad sent a friend in to get the baby,No baby No child support.

yeah its really odd for a man to try and steal a baby,
I mean Ive seen a bunch of females that cant have them steal one but this is my first man story on it

Lol ikr? Most people don't even bother trying to disguise themselves. But I think even if the Mom hadn't been in the room there are other safe guards so that people can't just walk out with your baby. Those bracelets they put on parent and baby arent just for decoration and most doctors wouldn't just fucking leave a hospital with a baby in their arms anyway. So fortunately his plan was pretty much doomed from the start. I seriously can't wait to hear what his reasoning behind this attempted baby napping was. Coz like @Whisper said this is generally a female oriented crime and try as I might I can not recall a man ever waltzing into a hospital to steal a baby!
