I read that last night, and I got so fucking angry I wanted to go punch those two dickheads, and he's not even my kid!! My niece has CP, and I can tell you this, if anyone did that to her I would fucking pulp them.

Melisha Salinas knew her son was not happy at school and he often came home sick but Jose always said he had a ‘good day’ when asked about it.

That bit really got to me. Poor little sweetheart was too scared or beat down to even tell his mother what was going on. This is what happens with so many victims of vicious bullying, they don't think anyone can help them, or that if they tell nothing will be done and it will get worse. So they bottle it up and sometimes end up killing themselves.

I think you can be forgiven for a minor slip of wishful thinking. I guess it has to be edited to comply with the facts...

It is kind of disgusting that after being given proof of the "teachers'" misconduct, that the school chose to reinstate them, and it took multiple families pulling their kids out in protest to make them re-investigate or whatever. On the flip side, I bet those two breathed a deep, and premature, sigh of relief when they returned to work... That's satisfying.

Here's a few suggestions:

1 - Ask the admin. to provide a special teacher or a teaching assistant to deal with the child if you can't handle/like the child (after all he might have some special requirements that might help you get that granted).

2 - If you can't handle saliva, you can talk to the mom about him wearing something special that's inconspicuous to the others to prevent saliva on his work.

3. While bodily fluids ARE a health hazard, there is NOTHING that a pair of rubber/latex or nitrile GLOVES can help you not get infected/have to come in contact with a bodily fluid that you do not like. This shows the mother that the child is important in your eyes, his health and YOUR health.

If you didn't like this child, clearly state it to admin. but DO NOT take it out on the child. You are both huge ass dicks. I checked her FB account, what a fucking twofaced bastard (Alicia). Nothing your ass says about your "preshh" children can undo what you have done to a succeptible child like this. I assume your ass has brats, spoiled uncontrollable children since they are so "preshhhhh". Oh & I am appalled at your spelling.

The video on the link does not play the quotes from the article . It is a man flipping his lid cause a kid is doing the pee pee dance . Sounds like Jose might not be the only child in class they were treating like crap .

The third video on the play list is the female teacher acting all personally offended because the kids drools. I'd like to smack some drool out of her mouth . Why do people like this go into teaching ?

I listened to a little of the 2nd video and I couldn't handle it. I'm tearing up. This is an aweful way to treat any child. Good for this mother for recognizing something was not right and taking action on behalf of her son who was too afraid to speak up for himself. God this broke my heart. These people don't need to teach any child ever again.

OMG I couldn't handle hearing the audio. That sweet little boy looks like my 7 year old, who if anyone hurt him, I'd kill. Mom, she is one level headed hero, I just would have gone all kung fu panda on these mother fuckers.

That poor little boy already has challenges in his life, he doesn't need to be tormented, and bullied by the FUCKING teachers. Oh this has gotten my blood to boil over.

He is such a sweet looking little boy too. The picture of mom with him, shows a mother that is proud, and loves her baby. Kudos to mom for doing something about it.
