James Bivens caught molesting 10 yr. old girl in Winn-Dixie restroom.

A man has been arrested and accused of sexually battering a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom of a South Florida grocery store.

James Bivens, 33, was arrested on Sunday.

Miami-Dade police said Bivens hid in a handicapped stall in the women's restroom at a Winn-Dixie store in the 200 block of Northeast Eighth Street on Sunday morning. A 10-year-old girl was washing her hands in the restroom when, Miami-Dade police said, Bivens grabbed her and sexually assaulted her in the handicapped stall.

Police said the girl's mother came into the bathroom looking for her daughter and interrupted the attack. As the attacker ran from the store, police said, he battered a store employee who tried to stop them.

Employees called police, and officers arrested Bivens not far from the store.

Bivens has been charged with sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, false imprisonment and battery.

Funny thing, my son complained he want go to bathroom himself. I said no, not until you're 20. He was like, "Moommmmmy!"

Finally! A store story that wasn't a Wal-Mart.

There was also another case of a young man slitting a kid's throat in the restroom while the aunt was outside the door. That was on a public beach in California somewhere. The guy PLEADED with the jury to get the death sentence. He got it. I watched the trial on Court TV and the young man was a total wack job.
