A Minnesota teen has asked hundreds of porn stars to prom via Twitter, and at least two have accepted.

Fed up with being rejected by his female classmates, 18-year-old Tartan High School senior Mike Stone sent more than 600 tweets to various porn stars asking them to be his date to the dance May 12, the Daily Dot reported.

"I was just thinking of doing something new. I was like, let's try it out and see if it works," Stone told the Daily Dot. "I just think they're really cute and I wish I had one for a prom date."

Adult film star Megan Piper, who never made it to her senior prom, said she'd be willing to attend the dance as long as Stone took care of her travel costs from Los Angeles.

"I thought it was really cute, and I thought it would make his night by saying 'yes,'" she told The Huffington Post.

According to Twitter, porn star Emy Reyes has also agreed to attend.

Stone is now trying to raise money through Twitter to get his potential dates to Minnesota.

Since news of Stone's prom proposal hit the Internet, the teen has amassed more than 800 new Twitter followers

Nope, I wouldn't have a problem with it at all, I wouldn't even mind if they blew all the other girls out of the water in a high school prom kind of way. I wouldn't want them dressed like hookers but if they can make the other girls look like dogs, go for it! The only ones that would take offense would be the so called "Popular" girls. (read that as "mean girls")

Stone, 18, doesn't expect any trouble from his parents. "My mom was a little mad, but my dad is OK with it," Stone said in a telephone interview Tuesday.

The school is another matter. The district has a policy requiring all non-Tartan guests to the prom to get approval in advance. That isn't going to happen with Stone's guests, said Patty Phillips, superintendent of the North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale district.

That wouldn't work. School policy is that all dates/guests that don't go to the school need permission in advance. They would have just turned him away at the door... that is, if they could get to the door through the crowd of drooling ogling teens.

It was in the article I posted. We didn't have that rule when I was in HS. I doubt anyone would have shown up with a porn star back then. Our area wasn't a hot bed of local porn talent and I doubt many guys could find the address famous ones without the internet.

We did have a pregnant person at our prom. She went with her husband. We all though it was "so cool" that they were married so young. I chose to work the night of my senior prom. I had had a bad breakup ... ironically with the man I married 19 years later.

Mike Stone, who earned national attention when two Internet pornography stars agreed to be his prom dates, is planning a party at his house on Saturday, May 12.

But it will not be as lavish as the alternate prom he envisioned happening in downtown St. Paul. "The big prom thing isn't happening, but all my friends want to come cum," said Stone, an 18-year-old senior.

His party will be on the same date as the official prom at his school, Tartan High School.

Stone is receiving national publicity for his efforts to salvage his last prom.

He said a camera crew from "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" came to his house April 22 to film a segment. Comedy Central announced that the segment, with new correspondent Jessica Williams, is tentatively scheduled to air Thursday, May 10.

Stone has become a kind of folk hero for his efforts. He said his classmates congratulate him in the halls and have made T-shirts saying "Porn Prom."

Recent Twitter messages to him from across the country include: "You sir are a legend!" "I support U Bruh!! You have so much swag!" "Grats on being pretty much the most awesome teen in the world."

When school officials said that his dates would not be allowed at the official prom, Stone started planning for an alternative prom. His idea was to rent space near the Landmark Center official prom site so classmates could wander between the two parties.

However, his fundraising didn't go as well as planned. Despite promises of thousands of dollars in cash, limo services and restaurants, Stone said only $300 has been donated.

He said the two porn stars still are coming, but the event will be more subdued. "It will be like a graduation party," he said.

I keep picturing this "subdued porn prom" as a bunch of high school boys sitting around trying to be all macho in front of a couple porn stars, giggling more like school girls, and making typical teen boy jokes for 45 minutes before the "stars" bug out. Then continuing their festivities while watching/snickering at soft porn, swilling near beer, eating Cheetos and bragging to each other about how much fun they are having.
