A judge sentenced 48-year-old Andrew Sutton - an ear, nose and throat doctor from metro Atlanta - to eight years in prison Friday. Sutton had previously pleaded guilty to federal charges.

Authorities arrested Sutton last March on charges of possessing and distributing child pornography. Prosecutors say he had asked an undercover officer for nude photos of 2 children and later transmitted pornographic images of other children to the undercover investigator.
Well he will be able to cure his sore throat after his sentence starts .
