A special education teacher has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old student and his 14-year-old friend.

Holly Lopez, 32, of Pflugerville is accused of contacting the two by text message before driving to the older boy's home on February 11 for sex with both teens.

Lopez also provided the two boys with condoms according to an affidavit released Wednesday.

Lopez is listed as a special education teacher at Lexington Middle School in Lexington, about 50 miles east of Austin.

She allegedly had been helping the younger boy with math.
Police found about 1,100 text messages exchanged between Lopez and one of the two boys before and after the February incident.
She was arrested at her home on Thursday and charged with aggravated sexual assault and having an improper relationship with a student.
Travis County Jail records did not list Lopez as being in custody Thursday while her bail totalled $100,000 according to police.

If she was ugly,she'd get a harsh prison term. But somehow the courts and society still seem to think there's nothing wrong with a attractive female teacher taking advantage of her authority to have sex with pre teen to early teen boys.

Yuck yuck and more yuck. I have a 13 and 14 year old in my home. They are girls but I know all the little boys they hang with. They are all smelly little punk kids. Why would a woman my age want to even touch one of them I will never understand.

I know what your saying. It is an everyday thing to remind my girls to shower and use deodorant. My daughter has a girlfriend that I swear always smells like b.o. yuck!
