I had a friend who had FMF (Familial Mediterranean Fever) which is a genetic disease. She was nearly 500 lbs when I met her. And she was a vegan. No way in hell she ate herself fat.
The step-monster in this story could also have a genetic disease. Maybe. We just don't know.
One thing is for sure; she's so large her knees will not support her and therefore she needed the wheelchair.
But she also needs to be thrown down some steps. Like maybe in the Empire State Building.
I agree, usually when there is a large amount of fat in like the kangaroo pouch area (lol no idea the medical term for that area, the lower lower lower stomach) I assume it has to be something medically related contributing to that...because that's just a really weird random area for all that flubber.
