American actress Barbie Cummings – real name Justis Richert – also says she has evidence of the tryst in a video he filmed of the incident.

Writing on her blog, Cummings, 21, says that Tennessee State Trooper James Randy Moss pulled her over for speeding near Knoxville.While issuing the ticket, he asked if she had any drugs in her pink Honda Accord and she admitted to 'happy pills'.

Cummings, star of such films as Freaky First Timers, writes: 'Then he asks me, what does it cost for someone like me to get anything like you?' She then describes performing oral sex on the officer outside his car in a secluded area.

Photos on her blog that appear to be video stills show her face but nothing that identifies the man as a trooper.Moss, a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper, has been suspended pending an investigation into the alleged incident. He declined to comment. Highway Patrol spokesman Mike Browning confirmed that investigators have interviewed the porn star.

Former trooper gets probation in porn-actress traffic stop

A former Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper accused of receiving oral sex while on duty from a Knoxville porn actress has received probation in a plea deal, The Tennessean is reporting.

James Randy Moss, 40, will serve four years probation under the deal reached Thursday in a Wilson County court, according to The Tennessean.

Moss was indicted last October on six counts of official misconduct, two counts of official oppression and two counts of tampering with evidence in two separate incidents.

All but two of the charges were dropped as part of the plea deal, The Tennessean reported.

The indictment came after a months-long probe by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Highway Patrol that prosecutors said covered more than 25 questionable traffic stops by Moss.

Two of those stops led to charges — one involving an unidentified woman on Sept. 11, 2006, and another on May 7 involving Barbie Cummings, a 21-year-old porn actress and blogger from Knoxville.

Cummings, whose real name is Justis Ellen Richert, and the other woman cooperated with investigators, although neither testified before the grand jury.

Moss , a married man and father, had worked for the state Department of Safety for 10 years when he stopped a pink Honda Accord for driving more than 20 miles above the speed limit on state Route 840 near Lebanon just after midnight May 7.

Cummings sat behind the wheel, headed home from visiting an aunt.

Cummings said the trooper spotted alcohol and a bottle of illegal Vicodin pills in her car.

Cummings said she told the trooper about her job and sat beside him in the front seat of his cruiser as he checked her Web site from his state-issued laptop. She said he ended up tossing the pills into the bushes, then said yes when she offered him oral sex.

Cummings said the trooper shot photos and video of the act with his cell phone and sent her copies. He still wrote her a ticket.

The porn star wrote about the encounter on her blog, complete with the photos and video. Someone filed an anonymous complaint against Moss the next day. He resigned May 24, the same day the agency moved to fire him.

THP officials said he admitted to everything the porn star claimed. Other women later came forward with complaints against Moss, authorities said, including the woman from the September 2006 traffic stop.

True story. I spent 3 days n jail for public intox and all they gave us to drink was fucking cuban coffee in the morning and we had to drink water from the sink. By the second day I was ready to blow someone for a fucking Coke lol
