I've never really looked into Naruto before. That vid does make it look interesting, though.
This is the opening of my all-time favorites, Monster. It's incredibly long and gets you confused in a lot of places. I love it because it's very realistic, for an anime, and has some of the most in-depth characters I've seen.

Totally forgot about this one. First season of Gunslinger Girl is amazing. Definitely one to watch. I was rather disappointed with the second, though.

My problem with anime is that I don't have much access to it. When I see something that I liked and then I don't see it again, by the time I move on to search I can't remember if I watched it on T.V. or the computer or if I read it in Manga and then I never find it again. It was pretty easy when we had a book store because they had a whole section of Manga and I could just look at all the titles or covers until I found it.
I also love fan made stuff. Even if it doesn't follow the story at all. And Chibi's. Love Chibis!
