Agreed, it's annoying.
I would love to believe that when I die I will live again, that some thinking, feeling, remembering part of me will continue. I can't work out if the website default changed or if I messed with my settings unknowingly

To change the display of user stats on posts, click "Settings" at top of page. On the settings page, look on the left side for "Activity" and click "Settings" under that.

Post with stats SHOWN...............................with stats HIDDEN
To change notification of Thanks/Likes/Dislikes, change it on settings page under "DBTech - Post Thanks" on bottom left.
