uhhh... OK. Sorta backwards from what I'm used to.
In Minnesota you can get beer at grocery or convenience stores but it is only 3.2% alcohol (less than normal 5-7%). Anything else has to be bought at a liquor store ("off sale").
In ND you can only buy spirits at a liquor store. Doesn't matter what it is. There is no such thing as 3.2 beer in ND. But you can buy 190 proof Everclear. THAT's what I call fortified.
Is the alcohol content in "fortified liquor" higher than "normal" beer or wine? Just curious.
