Speeding Miami Police car pulled over by Florida Trooper D J Watts.

Miami Police Officer, Fausto Lopez was pulled over for driving @ a 120mph with no lights or sirens.

Instead of stopping though, Watts said the officer continued to drive recklessly. When he finally pulled over several minutes later, Watts said she approached him with her gun drawn.

"Put your hands out that window right now! Put your hands out the window!" she yelled at the officer, later identified as Miami police officer Fausto Lopez.

She cuffed Lopez and put him in the back of her patrol car.

"You don't respect me sir. You don't respect these people out here. Right now to me, you are a criminal," Watts allegedly said.

Is it wrong that the video of her pulling him over makes me giggle.

I love how he uses the excuse that he was late for his job... his OFF-DUTY job!! I'm sure he'd totally accept that excuse from a civilian who was driving the same way.

This stuff always reminds me of how useless, psychiatrist and psychological test are, I don't understand how the courts can take a psychiatrist testifying about insanity seriously, or releasing a nut job because some psychiatrist claim he's now cured and will never kill again
If psychiatrist were useful at all, idiots like this would never be hired as cops, yet the court gives them the power to free known killers
