FYI - I volunteered for 5 years at a rape & abuse crisis center. In all that time there were TWO allegations that were false of the many hundreds that passed through.

Yes their still in jail because the DA's office wants to make sure they didn't miss any evidence they didn't see before. And to see if any other girls come forward to say "hey these 3 raped me". That's why they had plastered their faces all over the news. The place the girl said it happened at their was no DNA found of the girls there. The DNA they found on her didn't belong to any of the three. So now the attorney has to prove it never happened which infact he did which he had brought to the attention of the DA's office and that's when they had gotten her medical records.

Okay I get your point but their hasn't been a publically posted anything since they got questioned and all three stories matched, considering that one boy lives all the way out in floyd knobs the other 2 lived in NA. When they got questioned about it. They didn't have prior knowledge of the warrants on them. They had arrested the eldest before questioning him and the other 2 they had arrested before questioning. They didn't do a throughly investgation before arresting the three.

Again, nothing of that sort reported. If it turns out she had sex with others how does that dimenish that fact that 3 others raped her? These ideas all fall back on the concept that if a woman is loose she can't be raped. BULLSIT. A wife can be raped, a prostitute can be raped, a child can be raped. A club whore can be raped. A man can be raped. Their character has nothing to do with it. SHIT, I can fuck who ever I want- and I can say NO to whoever I fuck and just because you thought I was a sure thing doesn't make it okay for you to fuck ME IF I SAY NO.

Okay there was no prove she had been forced into rape. Infact she never had sex with the three because one the boys have an E.D. problem. At that the boys have said she was menstrating if she was so badly damaged why wouldnt there be blood at the crime scene.

I can think of three falsely reported rapes in the past thirty days. Thats just the ones I am aware of on my shift. You investigate every one as thoroughly as possible. And it gets even worse..notice how quite the "modern media" is on this subject as the feminist mantra rears it's ugly head demanding that reporting false rapes and punishing those liars will stop "real victims" from coming forward. A load of rubbish of course but that is their self justified response..

I worked in Assaults/Sex Crimes for four years. The number of false sexual assault reports was appalling. There was no typical profile. Some lied because they got caught cheating or not being home when they were supposed to be. some were stupid drunk (not to a high level of impairment) college students trying to convince themselves and their friends they weren't "that kind" of girl, some were mentally ill. The mentally ill ones were the ones that were repeat offenders. And some were just vindictive you-know-whats.

We only prosecuted the ones who named specific suspects. Most used the whole "I didn't get a good look at him..he was white/black and between 5'6" and 6' tall" generic description. Some of the guys were pretty lucky. I remember one lady who was mad because some guy she met in a chat room kept banging her but not buying her the stuff she wanted, so she said he raped her. Her story was pretty convincing, she had only met him once and he had raped her, blah blah blah. When we contacted him he showed up with a DVD of every encounter they had. Turns out his entire house was wired with video/audio surveillance because he was a freak who liked to watch, but in this case his freakiness saved him and blew her story out of the water. She admitted to it and was arrested.

Yes, the feminised prosecutors were there destroying the lives of the Duke 4 but they will not prosecute the false claimists or very rarely jail themselves.

If this is supposed to be from a State Trooper, I find it "remerkable" that he spells the same words wrong as you. I find it absolutely "rediculous".
I also will add that he really seems to dislike women. He thinks women are just jumping at a chance to make rape charges against a man. Yeah, cause nothing says fun like testifying in court the various ways you were violated.

I'm sorry, idiot, but if there was no DNA trace of the girl at the location OR of any of the 3 accused on the girl, and there was proof she did not require medical treatment following the rape, these boys (surely they're not 'men') would not still be in jail charged with this rape.

I said E.D. on one of the boys and how they knew she was because she had told them because she needed some supplies thats why they went to the store pior to taking her home.

I don't think that they would just flip it over, especially when they did something very wrong and knew that they would be in trouble for what they did...You underestimate todays youth. What they don't know, they flip a switch and get on the internet and learn what they need to know quickly. I bet this is what they did and cleaned up the mess to keep their asses out of trouble.

Okay I said they were arrested prior to the investagation. When they were doing the investagation, the DA's office had gotten her medical records containing that she never had surgery because she had given 5 different statements and her statements keep changing everytime she gets questioned over this. They had been arrested a week after she made the complaint because they found DNA on her. When they took their DNA after being arrested and questioned it didn't belong to the three.

They didn't have internet because none of them worked and couldn't afford it to be quite honest.
