well lets start with the water temp. housing authority is the only one allowed to changed the temp on the water heater. They were asked over and over again. 2. the charges of child endangerment was dropped and child nelgect was made, do to the fact that my daughter has seziures which she had that threadfull day. 3. my granddaughter who is doing great by the way like her brother likes to climb up on the sink and play with the toothpaste hair jell all tht stuff. 4. On that day she climbed into the sink while reaching for the stuff to play with accidently turned on the hot water, that is why she was burnt the way she was. my daughter agreed to the child nelgect charges because she didnt want her kids drawn thru the court systems. 5. Like i said before you can not keep that child from her mom they are that tight.6. We now make sure someone calls my daughter every morning afternoon and night and if she (falls alseep) before her kids thye call either me or thier meme and let us know mommy is sleeping. I hope this is ur proof u want if not who cares my daughter and her kids are together and doing just great
