    TSA Outrage Etc...

No groping go straight to jail, do not pass go, pay bond, hit the road
No one says NO to TSA, you’re rights have been taken away
So much for the revised no groping children they keep telling everyone about

TSA says one thing in front of congress and does the opposite in the field. Why is TSA allowed to lie to law makers and the public with no repercussions, just business as usual, Is TSA above the law, are they protected by the executive branch of Government
does the White House have TSA’s back?

    http://www.wtsp.com/news/topstories/...h-went-too-far

"She's been using the phrase 'search raped' because it was that thorough. She says it was nearly to her crotch," says Steitler. "I feel the chair should have option of either scanner or searches, but automatically we're being thrown to being patted down."
Steitler says they've complained to the TSA about their experience at Rochester International Airport, but all they've received back is a standard form letter.
"Just the standard reply to everything: 'In order to fly you have to be searched,'" says Steitler.

Police arrest mother for not allowing TSA to grope child
A 41-year-old Clarksville woman was arrested after Nashville airport authorities say she was belligerent and verbally abusive to security officers, refusing for her daughter to be patted down at a security checkpoint.
Andrea Fornella Abbott yelled and swore at Transportation Security Administration agents Saturday afternoon at Nashville International Airport, saying she did not want her daughter to be “touched inappropriately or have her “crotch grabbed,” a police report states.
After the woman refused to calm down, airport police said, she was charged with disorderly conduct and taken to jail. She has been released on bond.

    TSA policy revised

The arrest comes on the heels of public outrage over a video showing a pat-down of a 6-year-old girl at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The April video prompted a new policy that took effect last month in which airport security screeners must try to avoid invasive pat-down searches of children.

I am so shocked by this! Who would ever dream that the government would implement actions which would invade not only citizens' private lives but also their private persons? I have an idea how to stop this particular action, but you'd need a lot of people, and they'd have to be willing to go to jail for a few hours, and it would cost. At every damn airport we can reach have a group people buy tickets to someplace cheap. When they're being grope...I mean patted down, every single one of them would start moaning orgasmically, and yelling "Oh YES baby, Oh GOOOOOOOD, right there, YES, YES!" Over and over. Imagine the ruckus! Sure you'll get arrested, but imagine the publicity! News coverage! The TSA's policy of physical searches would become a political hot potato and there's an excellent chance the bastards will have to discontinue it. Even if it doesn't you'll have caused a lot of trouble, annoyed the hell out of the government and made some people laugh! The down side is that Homeland Security could drag you off to Gitmo or someplace else where political embarrassments are hidden, and you wouldn't see the light of day for decades. I'd do it just to see what would happen, but I'm old, have nothing to lose and am running out of people to horrify.
"If you can't live without me, why aren't you DEAD?"" cb said this to an ex
"I've already got one asshole in my pants, why would I want another one?" cb said this to an obnoxious drunk
"Oh, man! That sucks like a hooker when the rent's due" cb says this when shit gets real
"I don't care HOW big your dick is, it's 3 AM. Go call somebody else" cb said this to an obscene phone caller

I have never been groped by the TSA. WTF??? Am I chopped liver? Even the pat-downs have been polite and clinical.

I don't complain about the physician's assistant mashing up my tits, I don't think I'd get offended by someone else doing their job. If I ever do, I think I'm intelligent enough to find another mode of transportation.

If it was everyone equal you might have a point if we could pat down suspected Muslim terrorist, I'd say right on. But in reality it seems non of the freebies are for safety reasons
It's the beginning of a police state, you know the kind we used to go to war against

    http://www.redstate.com/laborunionre...ng-his-rights/
It’s okay for the TSA to grope nuns, but Muslim women are exempt (nothing beyond the head and neck). We cannot profile potential terrorists, but it’s okay to molest three-year olds (except we won’t call it molest because it’s the government doing it). Muslim men won’t go through body imaging machines, but it’s okay to grope non-Muslims’ genitals.

Please link me up to where the TSA guidelines say that Muslim women are exempt - not to some blog that reports it as fact but in further reading (of links they provided) reveals it is a recommendation to the TSA by Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). Did the TSA accept the recommendation?

I can write all kinds of recommendations. Doesn't mean the TSA is going to listen. Obviously does mean people will believe it if I put it in a blog.

If you don't go through the machine (or get flagged by the operator or just get the unlucky random number) you get a pat down. Refuse a pat down and you get to take the train, bus, car, boat, or walk. Flying is not a RIGHT. If I don't like the rules, I am free to buy my own plane or find other transportation.

I have a friend that had part of his leg blown off in Vietnam by a kid who's parents used him as a bomb. I don't feel comfortable putting ANYTHING past people that will wear bombs in their tighty whiteys.

Although, I think the pat downs will probably find more than the silly machines ever will. Not that either is the best answer.

What bothers me is that the groping of children will confuse in the children's minds what they are taught about "bad touch" or "stranger danger." I am going to have a tricky time explaining to my children, the next time we fly, why it's ok for these grownup/strangers to touch them in their private places - who are NOT doctors, simply airport security people. What's next? Having them groped by 'security' to get into sports stadiums and theme parks? The kids probably wouldn't think it that odd after being groped at the airport.
Also, I am curious to know the type of people eagerly applying for the "I get to grope children all day" jobs at the airport. I'm not saying that I think that most of those people in the TSA are pedophiles, but do I think that pedophiles would actively seek that position within the TSA? Well, duh!

I can't give you any TSA guidelines because they don't have any, all I can go by is independent observers
TSA avoids the whole woman muslim issue by not randomly selecting woman wearing a hijab
TSA does first, than gives itself the right when someone complains, there are no guidelines that can't be abused if a groper deems necessary

I think I've mentioned I did that, started moaning during the groping, the agents became very angry and it all got really ugly

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A 94-year-old wheelchair-bound Florida woman says a search she went through at Raleigh/Durham International Airport went too far.

Marian Peterson said it happened July 6 as she went through a TSA security checkpoint before boarding a flight home.

Peterson said she was selected for extra screening. First, security officers lifted her out of her wheelchair and helped her stand in a full body scanner. Then, she was given a physical pat down.

"They took me to one side and they patted me down, and they made me stand for, with my arms out, for over 10 minutes," she said. "I was beginning to feel that I wasn't going to be able to continue to stand, I was going to fall down or something."

"I asked, I said why are you doing this, and the woman was very polite and said 'I don't know, maybe the scanner detected something or maybe she moved,'" recalled Peterson's daughter Marian Malone.

Peterson's family said it's not just the length of the search they object to, it's the way it was done.

"She said it would be in-depth. She started the putdown, and at that point, she asked mom to spread her legs. She stood there with her legs spread and she checked every place thoroughly," said Malone.

"They groped her. All of her body. Her crotch, her breasts. And everything else," said son Joe Peterson.

I threw this out here yesterday, and "SURPRISE, SURPRISE" here comes the answer!

TSA catches passenger trying to carry-on 13 knives at BWI

LANHAM, Md. - TSA officers caught a passenger trying to smuggle knives through security at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

According to TSA, an officer operating the X-Ray machine saw something strange in a carry-on bag being screened, so another officer searched the bag and found 13 different knives.

I heard on the news this morning, they may be modifying searches for frequent flyers. Less so for them to save time? I don't know, I didn't watch, but I thought I heard it rushing around this morning. The TV was on NBC I believe.

    Got it

The U.S. Transportation Security Administration will start testing faster passenger screening, based on identity, at airports around the country this fall.
Some frequent fliers and U.S. citizens who are members of Customs and Border Protection’s Trusted Traveler programs will be eligible for the pre-flight screening program, TSA Administrator John S. Pistole said today in an e-mailed statement.
Participating airports and airlines will include AMR Corp.’s American Airlines from Miami International and Dallas-Fort Worth International airports and Delta Air Lines Inc. out of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International airports. The program will expand to other airlines and airports.
“Allowing TSA to focus its finite resources on that which creates the greatest threat is both good policy and good security,” Nicholas E. Calio, chief executive officer of the Air Transport Association of America, said in a statement. ATA is a Washington-based trade group that represents U.S. airlines including American and Delta.
“Those airports are huge airports, they have a lot of diversity of the kinds of travelers that go through there, and the key thing is that American and Delta,” agreed to participate in the initial program, said Kevin Mitchell, chairman of the Business Travel Coalition. If the program is successful and expands to more airports, hubs are likely to be the next airports on the list, said Tim Smith, an American Airlines spokesman.
“We’re pleased and anxious to get started on the pilot program,” Smith said. “I think you could say the current screening process is pretty much a one-size fits all.”
Delta “is pleased” to participate in the pilot program and “hopes that any future large-scale implementation” will help bolster the carrier’s customer service, Susan Elliot, a spokeswoman, said in an e-mail.
The program’s success depends on reaching a high number of people using the program relatively quickly, Mitchell, whose Radnor, Pennsylvania-based group represents corporate travel managers. said in a telephone interview.
“You really need to reach 20 or so million travelers at the major airports,” he said. “I think from the point where the proof of concept” is approved by Pistole, “there ought to be a very meaningful, top-50 airport,” expansion within the year, he said.
Getting people to sign up will require “massive marketing and sales” or a free program, he said.
Select frequent flyers of the two airlines may be notified starting this week of their eligibility and will have to opt in to the program, according to ATA’s statement. The faster screenings will begin in the fall.
United Airlines, US Airways and Southwest Airlines are among the airlines that will be included in the second phase of the program if the “proof of concept is successful,” according to the ATA statement.

I work at a smaller airport. I have two jobs there. I have to pass thru TSA several times a day. When I get randomly flagged for a pat down, I don't fuss because I know the agents are doing their jobs. When I have to carry ice cream thru TSA I know I am getting a pat down but its part of my job. We don't have the full body scanner but we do have a highly sensitive detector. Which makes the agents job even more difficult. There is a 5 year waiting list to get a job as TSA agent at my airport. These people go thru alot to get their jobs and even after they get them they still have maintain their records and such, like little things as having a bill go to collections can get you fired. And I see the stuff these agents go thru everyday and there is no way I would want their jobs. I don't have the personality for it. But I can say the agents at my airport do a damn good job. Also my airport is part of a large air force base. Alot of the military EOD training happens here. We have had them come in and show us just how little it takes to make a big enough explosion to bring down a plane. Its scary stuff. I know at bigger airports with alot more people going thru it gets hard for the TSA agents to keep up, thats no excuse, but its true. But no system is perfect. There never will be a perfect system. So if you wanna fly you have to deal with what we have now or don't fly. Its that simple. And as many pat downs as I have had now I have never been inapproriately touched. And the agents are very descriptive about what was going to happen during each step of the pat down so there was no surprises.

TSA loses Lawsuit To Federal Air Marshals

So reality is TSA is not concerned about safety, only about taking rights from Americans
the grope children create guideline as you go, secret government police losses one
Americans fighting to take their country back from an abusive Government agency and its secret police

    http://www.wtsp.com/news/reporter/ar...o-pay-overtime

But the TSA and the Federal Air Marshal Service, particularly the central Florida office, as we have reported before, had almost a hostile working relationship with its employees. The office decided it could work the Federal Air Marshals as many hours as it wanted each week without paying overtime, but a federal judge has said no you can't and now you're paying for that mistake with your tax dollars.

And as the Air Marshal explains now we are $106 million later and they see the errors of their ways. The $106 million is the amount a federal court awarded the Air Marshals after they filed their suit against the agency.

And while the TSA says," The scope of this lawsuit was limited to the procedures Federal Air Marshals were compensated for hours worked; not how Federal Air Marshals are scheduled for mission flights. The TSA adds this decision has not affected Federal Air Marshal Deployments. However the Air Marshals say the agency isn't phased by the huge payout. They say as long as they don't have to pay it out of their pocket, they don't care, it is taxpayer money.

    TSA Creator Says Dismantle

Truth is without wasted TSA money, unemployment would go through the roof
TSA is where all the new hire counts are coming from
Besides look at all the side employment they create, they keep everyone from getting laid off, reporters, courts, cops, tech companies, look at all those cameras they're putting on buses, trains, ports and everywhere else, that all involves labor. TSA is single handily keeping the economy going

TSA Creator Says Dismantle, Privatize the Agency
    by Audrey Hudson 09/12/2011

They’ve been accused of rampant thievery, spending billions of dollars like drunken sailors, groping children and little old ladies, and making everyone take off their shoes.

But the real job of the tens of thousands of screeners at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is to protect Americans from a terrorist attack.

Yet a decade after the TSA was created following the September 11 attacks, the author of the legislation that established the massive agency grades its performance at “D-.”

“The whole program has been hijacked by bureaucrats,” said Rep. John Mica (R. -Fla.), chairman of the House Transportation Committee.

“It mushroomed into an army,” Mica said. “It’s gone from a couple-billion-dollar enterprise to close to $9 billion.”

As for keeping the American public safe, Mica says, “They’ve failed to actually detect any threat in 10 years.”

“Everything they have done has been reactive. They take shoes off because of [shoe-bomber] Richard Reid, passengers are patted down because of the diaper bomber, and you can’t pack liquids because the British uncovered a plot using liquids,” Mica said.

“It’s an agency that is always one step out of step,” Mica said.

It cost $1 billion just to train workers, which now number more than 62,000, and “they actually trained more workers than they have on the job,” Mica said.

“The whole thing is a complete fiasco,” Mica said.

Your government at work, spending your money

    http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=46114
Federal investigators tracked those cost overruns to recruiting sessions held at swank hotels and resorts in St. Croix, the Virgin Islands, Florida and the Wyndham Peaks Resort and Golden Door Spa in Telluride, Colo.

Charges in the hundreds of thousands of dollars were made for cash withdrawals, valet parking and beverages, plus a $5.4 million salary for one executive for nine months of work.

Other over-the-top expenditures included nearly $2,000 for 20 gallons of Starbucks Coffee, $8,000 for elevator operators at a Manhattan hotel, and $1,500 to rent more than a dozen extension cords for the Colorado recruiting fair.

"You have pacemakers, you have artificial hips, you have artificial knees," said Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee. "As we get older and we keep ourselves together, it's going to take more and more surgery. There's going to be more and more medical improvements, but that can create what appears to be a security issue."
Speak for yourself, Senator. That kind of optional health coverage is not something we all have. Far too expensive for those who can't afford private insurance. So, no problem. Besides, my dh gets through with his double titanium rods without so much as a beep.

"Terrorists and their targets may also range in age," the agency argued in a blog post after Zimmerman went public. It cited the November arrest of four Georgia men, ages 65 to 73, on charges of plotting an attack with the poison ricin. Prosecutors said the men were part of a fringe militia group.
Damned southerners. Nuke 'em back to the stone age!

A TSA screener said Lena Reppert had a suspicious spot on her adult diaper, according to her daughter, Jean Weber. Weber ultimately took off the wet diaper so Reppert could be cleared in time for their flight.
This is really alarming! What on earth? Did she just take an iron pill or something? Are they stripping diapers off babies, too? FGS!

The TSA says it has been trying to tailor its screening procedures for different types of passengers. In September it eliminated pat-downs for most children under 12 because of complaints from parents. In October it began testing an express screening program for frequent fliers at four airports. . . . He also said the agency might give preference to senior citizens going through the screening lines.
Oh! So, no strip searching babies? And seniors can jump to the front of the line for their humiliation? Cool!

TSA Detains Rand Paul, White House Dinise It

O'bummer and Holder, deny, deny, deny all, they Know nothing
He was not detained, he just wasn't allowed to leave
Although I must admit, a lot of senators could be terrorist

    http://dailycaller.com/2012/01/23/ra...e-the-cubicle/
The White House, through spokesman Jay Carney, defended the TSA’s actions during Monday’s press briefing by arguing that Paul wasn’t technically “detained.”

“Let’s be clear,” Carney said. “The passenger was not detained. He was escorted out of the area by local law-enforcement.”

But Sen. Paul told TheDC that he certainly felt like he was detained. “If you’re told you can’t leave, does that count as detention?” Paul asked.

“I tried to leave the cubicle to speak to one of the TSA people and I was barked at: ‘Do not leave the cubicle!’ So, that, to me sounds like I’m being asked not to leave the cubicle. It sounds a little bit like I’m being detained.”

The incident started after the scanner Paul walked through sounded its alarm. Current TSA rules would require Paul to undergo a mandatory pat-down before proceeding to his plane. But Paul told TheDC that the TSA agents caved in after a two-hour battle and allowed him to go through the scanner again without additional physical screening.

TSA was created to program and control all citizens, in the old days they used God and religion
now its's big Fat Sis and TSA

    http://dailycaller.com/2012/01/23/ro...ut-of-control/

The police state in this country is growing out of control,” Paul wrote in a statement provided to The Daily Caller. “One of the ultimate embodiments of this is the TSA that gropes and grabs our kids and our seniors and does nothing to keep us safe.”

TSA Agent Tells Woman Cute Figure Sends Her Through Nude Scanner 3 Times

Big Fat Sis's TSA agents are so well trained and professional

    http://www.infowars.com/tsa-forces-w...f-cute-figure/
TSA agents in Dallas singled out female passengers to undergo screening in a body scanner, according to complaints filed by several women who said they felt the screeners intentionally targeted them to view their bodies.

One woman who flew out of Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport several months ago said a female agent sent her through a body scanner three times after the agent commented on her “cute” body.

“She says to me, ‘Do you play tennis?’ And I said, ‘Why?’‘You just have such a cute figure,’” Ellen Terrell recalled to CBS News in Dallas.

Terrell said the female agent appeared to be acting on a request from male agents who were in a separate room viewing the scans and who apparently asked the agent to to send Terrell back through the scanner twice because the scan was blurry.

After the third scan, Terrell said the agent seemed frustrated with her co-workers in the screening room. “She’s talking into her microphone and she says, ‘Guys, it is not blurry, I’m letting her go,’” Terrell said.

Terrell, who was traveling with her husband at the time, told the TV station, “I feel like I was totally exposed. They wanted a nice good look.”

Are these TSA agents members of AFSCME? If so...there's no firing them.
