7yo boy NAILS Zeppelin on a guitar

    Amazing!
That kid is going to do amazing things in life. Such as drugs and groupies when he becomes a rock star.

    Bummer! I'd hate it too.

It's just this little guy holding a guitar (I dunno what kind) that's as big as he is playing the solo from Stairway (with Starway playing on a computer or something next to him). He hits it outta the fucking park. It is almost unbelievable, but you know he's really playing it because he stops for a second and reaches next to him for something (changing picks?).

*edit* I can't stop watching it. It's mesmerizing.

I'm really very jealous of this kid. He's as good as me and I've been playing since I was 13. :erf:

What kind of guitar is that, McVain? Surely you know.

I'm 99.9% sure that it is a Fender Stratocaster. I'm not sure which exact model though.

EDIT: On a second look, all three pickups seem to be parallel which I don't believe to be the norm for Stratocasters though. I'm still almost certain that is indeed a Stratocaster though.

Wow...and look what Guitar Hero does to kids these days. Maybe video games are a necessity for up-and-coming rockstars?

I'm just noticing that he isn't using his pinky. When I started playing Bass I couldn't use my pinky because it wasn't realy strong enough to hold a note. It makes it a lot harder to play and yet this kid still does a fantastic job. They should put cameras on him for the rest of his life and see what becomes of him. haha

    What the fuck!
I thought too for a minute it was fake but it indeed does look like he is certainly playing.
    Wow.
    I'm dumbstruck.

the guitar is definitely a Fender. and pretty impressive for a 7 year old, BUT:

he doessnt nail it , not even close. he plays the entire first half of the solo in the wrong position and doesnt hit the rhythm exactly. he also slurs a good many notes (i give this one to his size though, still has baby fingers). still cool though, but chances are still better that he ends up slinging fries in a hardees or some shit.
