Has anyone seen anything about Casey's meeting this week with her probation officer? She has been checking in the first week of the month, so it's time for her to check in for February. However, with the release of the videos and news that she had enough money that she bought herself a computer, she could be in violation of the rules of probation. She should have her probation revoked and go back to jail.....or would she go directly to prison? Wouldn't that be something?!!??!!

Yeah, but when you get violated, you get a hearing on it. You can defend it. At least here you can. There would be hearing after hearing, continuance after continuance to prove this was her doing and before then she'd be done. Free as a bird and we'd all be fuming over a violation not happening.

Casey Anthony: I'm Sober, Drug Free, Out Of Work


Casey Anthony is sober, drug free and unemployed.
That's according to her latest monthly probation report, which was released Monday.
According to the report dated Feb. 2, Anthony has not consumed any alcoholic beverages or used or bought any illegal drugs or controlled substances in the last month.
Her probation officer wrote on the form that Anthony paid $153.76.
Anthony has been on probation from a check fraud conviction since she was released from the Orange County Jail last summer.
Photos and videos of her recently surfaced online that Anthony had taken of herself on a computer webcam. Anthony said her computer was hacked.

Attorneys for EquuSearch founder Tim Miller have asked the court to appoint a special master for his deposition.

Miller is suing Casey Anthony for searches his group coordinated back in 2008 for Caylee Anthony. His team says he only acted in his corporate capacity in relation to the issues raised in his complaint.

But Judge Lisa Munyon has ordered that Anthony's defense team can depose Miller in his individual capacity in the county where he lives in Texas.

She also ruled that the deposition may last no more than seven hours and that a special master — essentially an impartial person who would oversee the process — would be appointed if the parties could not agree to the deposition's scope.

Each side will have to pay 50 percent of the special master's costs.

While Miller may be deposed and questioned as an individual, Casey Anthony so far has managed to largely avoid most questions at deposition while she challenges her criminal convictions for lying to law enforcement. That appeal protects her from saying anything self incriminating.

Casey Anthony's legal team has filed a formal objection to the request by attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez to produce the "audio recordings" mentioned in Anthony's video diary.

In a new video obtained by RadarOnline this afternoon, Casey Anthony claims she is “really happy.” …Well I’d probably be really happy too if I got off Scott Free on murder charges. Just sayin’.

The new video of Casey, dated November 2011, comes on the same day as new photos of her were leaked to the web, although her revelations don’t sound that exciting. Aside from constantly changing her hair color (that’s what girls do when they get bored, right?!), it doesn’t seem like the “Tot Mom” is doing much with her life. Much like the previous two videos that hit the web, Casey does not mention her daughter Caylee in the third video installment, instead opting to keep the discussion all about her, her, her by talking about the amazing weekend she had and her newly adopted dog Smooch. YAWN!

I don’t know about you, but I for one am getting quite bored of all these videos and pictures. While they’re good fodder for the media, how many darn pictures can you take of yourself making kissy-faces to the camera and how many videos can you make talking about you, you, you?! Even if they weren’t meant for the general public to see, one has to wonder if Casey isn’t getting a bit bored herself. Sure seems that way.

Do the people at “The Office” have a fascination with the Casey Anthony case?
In last week’s episode of the NBC sitcom, Dwight (Rainn Wilson) tried to discourage co-workers from accompanying him to Florida on a business trip. As part of a Florida orientation, in a hot conference room filled with mosquitoes, he lectured about things to be aware of in Florida.

Decorating the wall behind him were pictures of hurricanes, a cockroach, alligators and Casey Anthony.

“How many of you have seen the documentary ‘Deliverance’?” Dwight asked his co-workers.

In an earlier “Office” episode, a character had a “justice for Caylee” sign in her car. Casey Anthony was acquitted of murder in Caylee’s death.
