In March, officers helped Health and Welfare agents perform a welfare check on a small child. When they entered the home on the 3600 block of Patricia Lane in Boise, they found human waste, rotting food, and garbage all over the floors. Police also found sharp objects on the floor, and a holethat had been covered with a carpet.
Cynthia Seeley, 29, and Christopher Rose, 25, are both under arrest and charged with injury to a child.

Officers say they found the small child, under the age of four living in deplorable conditions. Officers describe a home with human feces, rotting food and trash all over the floors. Police also noted a hole in the floor covered with carpet and sharp objects on the floors.
The child was turned over to the custody of the State Department of Health and Welfare. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrants
