Joseph Hayes, 48, is charged with aggravated assault.
Police say Hayes brought a gun to the party because his children didn't get any ice cream or cake

jeebus. we all want our kids to be treated fairly and with dignity, but c'mon, a gun? he's crazy. Only thing I give him is he wasn't crazy enough to use the gun on any one especially the bday kid who he might have thought instigated it all.
I think he might think twice on not being scared to go to jail as he's now in jail.
