Ryan Stephenson Arrested For Raping A 20 Month Old Girl, Severe Iinjury To Vagina

My buddy @misssmartypants turned me on to this article. The details on this make it truly one of the worst child rape stories.
A 20 month old baby was raped by a Ryan Stephenson, so extensively and brutally, she required reconstructive surgery. He was the ex of mom, (who had a restraining order against him! ) and was babysitting her kids. First he said he beat the baby twice on her bottom and between her legs ( Dr's and cops called bullshit) then said she got the injuries by playing "horsey" on his legs. Fucking Whidbey Island. This is a Naval Base Island In Pugent Sound, NW of Seattle WA. Just looking at this asshole pisses me off.

An Oak Harbor man was arrested over Memorial Day weekend for allegedly raping a 20-month-old girl he was babysitting and causing such a severe injury that the toddler had to undergo reconstructive surgery, court documents indicate.

A doctor who works at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Harborview Medical Center and specializes in treating victims of sexual assault called the case “the worst ... trauma she has even seen in 20 years of practicing medicine,” the police report states.

Island County Deputy Prosecutor Eric Ohme charged 26-year-old Ryan Stephenson in Superior Court Wednesday with the first-degree rape of a child. The charge includes six aggravating circumstances which would allow a judge to sentence him beyond the standard range.

Ohme said the detectives are continuing the investigation.

“There may or may not be more charges added as more information comes in as well,” he said.

Detective Tony Slowik with the Oak Harbor Police started investigating the case on May 27 after personnel at Whidbey General Hospital reported that the little girl was in the hospital because of large tears and severe bleeding.

The girl’s mother told the detective that her ex-boyfriend, Stephenson, had been babysitting the girl and a 5-year-old boy. Stephenson had previously been convicted of harassment for sending oddly threatening messages, which he signed “Lord Sparta,” to a man who happened to be the father of victim in the rape case. He was also convicted of violating a restraining order by contacting the victim’s mother, who is his ex-girlfriend.

In an interview with the detective, Stephenson admitted that he probably caused the injuries to the child, but he denied raping her and suggested the injuries occurred when he beat her. He said he lost his temper with the child twice and beat her with a closed fist on the bottom and between her legs, Slowik’s report states.

Stephenson also suggested the injuries could have occurred when he bounced her on his knee or stretched her legs apart, the report states.

The child was transferred from Whidbey General to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment.

“The sexual assault doctor” for Harborview and Seattle Children’s Hospital reported that the child underwent reconstructive surgery to repair the injuries.

“She described (the child’s) injuries as severe trauma and said ‘this injury comes from penetration not from being hit,’” Slowik wrote.

If convicted of the charge, Stephenson could face an indeterminate sentence of up to life in prison with a minimum sentence of eight and a half years to 11 years and three months in prison. An indeterminate sentence means he would have to serve at least the minimum sentence, but then a special review board at the prison would decide whether to release him after that.

The aggravating circumstances or additional charges could increase the minimum sentence.

Im a ferrys ride from Whidbey Island. The people there are kinda weird, and there's a high concentration of sick fucks for a tiny island. That being said, I'll keep my money and live on the mainland and when visiting, bring my own water.
What bothers me the most is the "mom" let this freakin weirdo watch her kids. He had a violation of a restraining order she put on him. He texted disturbing messages to the kids dad. She should be punished also, for letting that fuck alone with her most precious.
She should be scrubbing her vagina with a brillo pad and lye lubricant, knowing what he did to her baby. Inside and out. Then also maybe she would have a understanding of her babys suffering from her BFs dick and her stupidity.

Isn't it possible that the father is the one who had this guy babysit the kids? I didn't read that the mom asked him to babysit, just that she has a restraining order against him.

Even if she didn't ask, she knew her kids were with him. But my guess is that she asked him, or he offered and she took him up on it. He threatened the mother's ex, not the mother. The restraining order was probably sought by the father. She probably trusted the guy.

Your post Robyn, made me sad because I had to go there and wonder what kind of damage it really would do.

If a adult penis was say an inch thick, I imagine you would really have to callously force the penis in. I mean really shove it in.
I have no idea how small a 20 month old vagina is, But I am imagining a 1 inch diameter object forced in would split her like a head of lettuce all the way up the canal. Not to mention busting the hymen and finally how deep can the vaginal cavity be? If he went in all the way he would be pressing on organs and really doing damage. And, like the other posts have pointed out, the anatomy doesn't match up- that is why many times the headline is 'raped to death' because the damage is so extensive. When ever i read a case like this i always come back to two that stayed in mine. One of a 8 day old, yes 8 day old baby that was raped by one of the most vilest shit I've ever laid eyes on (that one is on dd i believe or could be thinking of the 9 day old... omg more than one), the second is the baby raping killer Josue Robles Fraga who raped his 2yo niece baby Samantha. My god, that case left me physically ill and haunted as it provided extensive details to the damage baby girl sustained. Baby girl was obliterated. Neither victim in those cases lived as a consequence to the violent act.

I believe this kind of crime is so disgusting and vile, so void of any humanity, it's an automatic cutting of the junk in my book. Let the fucker bleed out. He should be damn happy I'm not the one sentencing his ugly, putrid ass. I hope and pray baby girl recovers and heals, but I don't see how she will ever be whole again.

Since you know you can't send the inmates of any prison correspondence that would let them know to kill this vile round worm, you will have to resign yourself to becoming friends with one or more prisoners in his established facility. Then, you'll have to go visit them and tell them all about it in person. With visual aids. We need to snatch all the pictures we can of this f**k and manipulate them to show his various possible looks -- with bruises, without, with hair, without, with new tats, without chin pubes, with swollen lips and broken jaws, etc. We don't want him to go unrecognized somehow.
