    Hi, I'm kalekona-
    while I am all those things I listed, I am also a wife and mother-
    I do have a morbid sense of humor. Gallows humor I guess you would call it.
    Believe me it isn't that I don't find murder and mayhem serious, I just think if you don't laugh at some of the horrors of life you will just never stop crying.

    I do have strong opinions & am looking for a place I can express those opinions freely without tip-toeing around strict puritan sensibilities.

    I know a little bit about a lot of things,(but I am not a know it all) I am older than I want to admit to myself and I have had a lot of life experiences, but I always want to keep learning and enjoy intelligent differing opinions and LOVE a good debate.


    This seems like a place where I could feel at home.

    Thanks for the welcome everyone...

    Do I want a kitten? Well I have 1 geriatric old lady and cross eyed 5yr- and my 3 "grandkitties" just came for an extended visit while my daughter finds a new apartment that doesn't end up on the news with murders and apartments exploding.. so I'm gonna pass on any more felines for awhile but thanks.

    When was the last time I broke the law? May 19th, I took tweezers and undeclared "liquid" (e-liquid for my e- cig) through airport security- I am a chronic jay walker as well- (it's actually 1 thing my little town is famous for-we cross the street all willy nilly and blame it on the tourists) ;)

    And since you asked last time I broke the law was today actually, my car's registration tags expired in May and I noticed only today in the parking garage at work. Doh!
