The incident occurred at some point before 6:46 p.m., when authorities arrived on the scene of a reported domestic disturbance and encountered the victim outside the home he shares with Rhash, according to an police report obtained by AOL Weird News.
The victim told deputies that he and Rhash "were having an argument about what food was hers and what was his" when the suspect "threw butter at him striking him in the leg," the document notes.
Deputies observed that the victim "did have butter on his ankle."
When authorities confronted Rhash, the noticed a "strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person and facial area."
Rhash allegedly confessed she had been drinking vodka, but insisted that she did not hurl butter at her housemate.

Okay, so she was arrested for assault with a deadly stick of butter? Or was she arrested for being intoxicated and causing mischief?
I know you can get in trouble for anything nowadays. But seriously, butter?

Ya know, it IS fucking ridiculous.

If a man can't take a solid slap to the face (I mean ONE SLAP) or a stick of butter to the ankle, he isn't really much of a man at all.

Hey! Butter is expensive! You cant be treating it with disrespect. Especially by someone who could really use some as a beauty treament, like 400 bucks worth. Yikes.

@robynne, you can go to jail for throwing a piece of paper now sometimes... the court system is a business now... Its no longer about what is right and wrong, once my ex slapped me in the face hard as hell several times, choked me, I called the cops, they take pictures now of the injuries while they are there in the home, its take a while for brusies to show up, the next day is when they should take the pics, the next day the whites of my eyes were both blood red, I had bruises all over my face and neck, guess what, the pics taken that night, nothing showed up, he was released when he went for his arraingment due to lack of evidence. I wont even go into another time when he once hit me with an iron and I went to jail for throwin a piece of paper at him, (didnt even hit him) its unfair sometimes... sounds absolutely unbelievable, but it happened... maybe the cops should take pics the night it happens, then come out the next day and take more, I have to admit in my eyes many cops arent very smart sometimes...

@VXIII Some police do ask that the victim come back the next day when the bruises and things show up better. Alternately, people are taking things into their own hands and taking pictures on their own of the injuries and bringing them to court with them. Unbelievable that you got in trouble over a piece of paper. That is insane.

I'm thinking the cops were worried they had encountered a Zen Butter Shao-Lin Monk. You can't walk within thirty feet of those guys without falling down from expertly-placed slicks of ghee, each slick invoking a particular slip and neck-breaking fall in harmonious motion as taught by the Ancient Zen Master in the far Karakoram east of Kunduz.

Or maybe the cops were just over-reacting.
