LOCK HAVEN, CLINTON COUNTY -- A Clinton County woman is accused of letting her three children live in filth.

Police arrested 31 year old April Williams of Lock Haven. She's accused of having her kids live in a house piled high with garbage, moldy food and a bucket containing human waste.

The kids have been placed in foster care. Williams is facing six counts of endangering the welfare of children.

After an ongoing investigation police said troopers assisted Children and Youth from removing three children — a 13-year-old girl and two boys, ages 2 and 10 months — from the home on May 6.

My husband shit in a bucket until he was 18. TRUE!! Only at night in the winter, though. Of course, one of the kids had to take the "honey pot" to the outhouse every morning so I suppose it was not as bad as this woman's house.

The bitch was given several warnings by DCF... I bet they would have given her a pass had she just cleaned up and emptied the bucket a couple times a day... after all, it was probably only her and the 13yr old using it.
