bbecause he hasn't had cousel yet, we have requested the governor of oklahoma to assign a new attorney to his case, it has been a month, this is being handled pathetically by that court. I would not want to be tried by this court or any other , nor would i want any of you without proper representation, and i don't even know you.

You can't bitch about an attorney if you haven't hired one! OIDS will issue an attorney for him, but he is fucked!

follow me,,here, he had one appointed, hasn't shown up yet, we want another appointed. Time is running out,,maybe as the nature of the crime is assmumed,,guilty, but unlike alot of you, i would want for , even tho he is relative, or anyone, for a proper representation.

@reality: after wading through all your comma bloated posts and trying to make sense of your 'claims' I have to say thank you for the migraine. Also, just because a penis claims he's innocent doesn't mean he is. My cousin was arrested and charged with child molestation (his step-daughter) and for the first year and a half, he swore he was innocent. He spent several months in the psych ward because he kept threatening suicide because of the accusations. He lost his career and his family. I grew up with this cousin. I stupidly defended him because I just couldn't believe he was capable of something like this. Though I never said anything to the girl he did this to, I feel like I did her a disservice because I didn't believe her. Near the end of the trial the truth came out. He admitted to multiple incidences of sexual conduct with a child under the age of 12.
Your comment about being able to spot the child molesters because you're a survivor is incomprehensible. I was molested by my foster father when I was 14, and I couldn't tell that my cousin had done this. I had occasion to spend time with my cousin and this little girl and didn't see any indication that anything had happened. I even went so far as to write a letter to his attorney on his behalf. Does this make me an idiot? In some people's eyes it does, because I didn't believe the little girl. I believed my cousin.
I feel sorry for you because you believe this stuff you're spewing, despite everyone's attempt to set you on the straight and narrow, you still blindly stumble down this path of stupidity, trying to protect someone who is *not* innocent. If he was innocent there wouldn't be 107 counts against him. The details of my cousin's charges were sketchy, there wasn't a lot of information in the newspaper and his mother was lying to me to protect him, as was his brother. Do you know his wife still supports him and believes he is innocent, though he is in prison and will have to register as a sex offender when he gets out? She's as blind and stupid as you are. She believes her husband over her daughter. I pray that the children that his man hurt, get the help they need to heal and move past these experiences. I pray that you will someday come to the realization that this man is the monster that everyone is saying he is.

No I hate it; we read this out of respect and compassion for the victims, something you may not comprehend. If the victim went thru it, I can read it; to turn away is cowardice. If more people read these stories maybe we could make some changes in the laws; maybe those convicted of crimes against children could receive the sentences they deserve instead of the slap on the hands we see too often. Maybe those who shake, slap, burn, smother and starve babies could be charged with first degree murder and sentenced accordingly. Just get the hell out of here; I've had all the sanctimonious crap from you I can stand. He did it, live with it; that poor little girl will have to for the rest of her life.

My ex was facing life too. The offered him five if he plead guilty at my request. I didn't want my child put through the trauma of a trial. That doesn't make me think he is any less guilty.
