Nejame also said the defense cannot recover from this. I think Casey dreamed about the "drowning" all those nights at Tony's waking up screaming...yea..it was all a dream Casey.
If any of this shit was true....then please file formal charges against George. Please. And why havent they already? BAH!

I didn't know the trial lasted past 3pm Central time. Tru TV cuts into In Session, I thought they were done for the day. Could someone give me a link so I can try to catch up?

They can't talk about things until deliberations happen, I believe. I remember a trial one time where two jurors were discussing the case over lunch and were overheard and there was this big deal made out of it.

What a day! Between Casey's head spasms & Baez's convoluted,bizarre opening we are in for a bumpy ride!!!
I'm confident the Jury can see through the bullshit & find Casey guilty. I really think the Cindy/Baez "Disposable George" strategy is gonna backfire & Casey is gonna get hers.

I actually cried when bj said Caylee drowned...Not because I believed him but because I thought what a horrible injustice he was doing her...fucker...

Does anyone know if the original thread from the from page is archived? I specifically remember discussing way back at the beginning how the defense would use an accidental drowning as defense.. The reason we discussed this is because, like many other things in this case we thought the whole "ladder against the pool" story from cindy was BS... I remember when she talked about the ladder being up to the pool. If memory serves me it was after casey was arrested. I remember thinking how strange it was that she waited a day or 2 to disclose such important info. I am not positive about everything but I am sure I remember that story being really suspect and made up to me..

There are many reasons I don't for one second buy this BS, but the most important being this : No matter how much of an idiot or douchebag I think george is, I have always believed he really loved Caylee. I find it hard to believe it went down the way the the Defense says.. Another reason I dont buy it is ...We all know how the anthonys catered to casey, we saw them kiss her ass time after time, while I agree there is a power struggle between casey and cindy I will never buy that casey was too afraid of cindy to report her baby drowned in an accident.. RUBBISH all of it..

First of all I'd like to know WTH "In Session" is doing by ending while court was still IN SESSION. Ima hafta go over there and lodge a formal complaint. Tomorrow, I expect FULL COVERAGE.

Then I'd like to say how very much I want to smack Casey Anthony, today even more than usual. Her looking so sad & pitiful during Baez's opening statement is so annoying! I think she actually believes what Baez is saying & feels sorry for herself! Contrast that with the glaring eyes, jutting chin & tight angry lips during other court proceedings. OMG I hope she takes the stand! She's not a good enough actress to pull it off, I know it! The jury will see her ugly self coming through, I'm convinced.

And still I'm actually horrified by the bullshit Baez is pulling, putting so much at George's door. That poor bastard.

I want her to take the stand too for the very same reasons. She is a horrible actress, and I want to see the State go after her. You know very well she wont be able to hide her "hatred" looks up there.

What I got from bj was george, the meter reader and even the dog was to blame.. Everyone, but casey.. What a crock..But you know what I said before it started today that I hoped they went with the accident theory... The State is going to bury her ass... Literally...
