So...who bagged up Caylee and dumped her? Did I miss that part? Or was that all lumped in with the "accident spiraling out of conrtol" thing? I dont know what to think. The jury has their work cut out for them. Wonder if the prosecution knew this was coming. I think Geroge sure did. And why cant I see Cindy's face?
His theory still does not explain all the internet searches though.

HHmmm wonder why cindy wasn't thrown under the bus i.e she knew about the abuse & did nothing? Only George(so far) has.
Wonder if Cindy helped cook up this theory?

Is Baez just throwing as much garbage as possible out there to create as much resonable doubt as he can?

So whats the big hoopla about the car if they are admitting she was dead and they covered it up? That explains it all then....why are they arguing any of it....yes she is dead, yes they covered it up...put her in the trunk....dumped her...explains it all....no? On their side I mean.....so I dont get why he is even addressing the trunk and discounting the states evidence...why not just say..."yep...all part of the spiraling out of control thing" ?????

OMG. I'm not completely caught up yet; but...this is not going to fly. Baez is crazy if he thinks ANYONE is going to accept Casey out whooping it up knowing her daughter was dead. No one normal would do it, and even Casey (who I believe is NOT normal) wouldn't do anything of the sort if she had any HUMAN emotions. That dog won't hunt.

Poor George. I've gotta feel for him...a father doesn't deserve to be accused of such vileness if it isn't true, and I just don't believe it. Cindy woulda ripped his balls off & fed them to him if she thought he was doing any such thing.

Also... alot of parents try to cover up their "unwed, teenage" daughters pregnancies. Thats nothing new or shocking. I know he's just trying to plant the seed that casey has always had to deceive because thats what she was taught.. but, its kinda dumb.

I think they will admit to lesser crimes to get her off, even abuse, that's the strategy. After the OJ verdict I lost faith in juries

He was very careful to say she didn't do anything with the body but we'll never know who did because the police didn't investigate enough...

I can't find a sentence for gross abuse of a corpse in Florida but tampering with evidence is a felony that carries 5 years and $5,000 fine. In Ohio, gross abuse is a 1 year sentence.

If I was a juror... for me.. bottom line would be... IF THIS WAS AN ACCIDENTAL DROWNING.... there is NO EXCUSE for covering it up.. especially for that long.. and her being in jail most of this time. Just doesnt add up.
