I am here on and off but my computer is too slow to keep this open and watch.. Can you believe we are finally in court for the actual trial.. How many of you got taken back emotionally to the start.. I know I did. I had a few (well more than a few) moments this morning before opening Statement where I completely lost it.. Bawled my eyes out. I am only on my pc so I cant see the slide show, I think that is a good thing. I am trying my best to listen to opening statements as if I didnt know every detail of this case. Makes a difference in how I was hearing the opening..
Why the hell is cindy allowed to write? She is probably taking notes to keep her lies straight...

Im pissed... I dropped my son off at school...normally I stay til the bell rings..they do the pledge, songs and all that crap and til he goes in the classroom....I was like ...lunch in the lunch bin...drop the backpack..hugs n kisses....and SEE YA!!!! Rushed home for them to be on fucking lunch recess....I guess I should have known...what with the time difference and all.
I only got bits n pieces of the prosecutions opening statement :( but if I were the defense...I would slap the shit out of Casey and all that fucking head shaking she is doing....what an idiot.

What is it with people like KC that actually have the guts to go through trials when they know that there is know way in F'n hell they will be be found not guilty. Such a big fat waste of time and $$.
I have most certainly changed my mind about the DP for her. LWOP for her would be perfect. Not that I will shed a tear if she does get the death penalty.

All he has to do is make the jury go "hhhmmmm" and think that there is the slightest possibility that she MIGHT not have done what the prosecution says. I mean..there really is no PROOF that she intentionally murdered her...well except for the way the duct tape was described...that one really had me thinking...she said it was placed over the mouth and nose before decomp. Interesting...cant wait to hear testimony on THAT!

Am I the only one this is loading slow for? Like, when I refresh it takes forever. Anyhow, the head shaking and sassing when LDB was giving her opening statement should have been stopped immediately. Just goes to show you how unprofessional her attorneys are. I am surprised that JP didn't say anything to the attorneys about it.
