Co-defendant Aaron Kunak, 22, of Sevierville, also appeared in court Tuesday but his case was postponed to May 9. He is also charged with four counts of animal cruelty.http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2011/ma...itten-killing/Investigators learned that a sister of one of the men handed over the four 2-day-old kittens and asked that they be dropped off at the Humane Society.
