A 32-year-old woman sent a picture of Pamela Anderson's breasts to a 15-year-old workmate shortly before beginning a sexual relationship with him, the Supreme Court in Launceston has heard.

Courtney Issabella Bailey, now 34, told police that the boy had texted her asking her for a picture of her breasts – but she sent a picture of the Baywatch star's breasts instead.

Bailey received a four-month suspended jail term today after pleading guilty to five counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 17 in January 2007.

Crown prosecutor Peter Sherriff told the court that Bailey and the boy had exchanged pornographic DVDs in the weeks before the crimes.

Bailey had remarked to his parents that he was a "big strong boy" for a 15-year-old.

Sex had occurred in two separate incidents.

The two had gone to her home after work and watched a DVD before having intercourse and then oral sex for 20 minutes before again having intercourse.

The kid knew what he was doing by having sex. Its not like she forced him into it, especially if it happened twice. I'm not saying its right, just that time and resources could probably be spent elsewhere.

The woman knew how old he was - consent doesn't count when we're talking minors. SHE is the one being charged. No waste of time or resources on that one. If that logic applied, then what would be the cut off age? Had it been a girl and an old man, charges would have been the same.
