LUFKIN (KYTX) -- San Augustine authorities have arrested a couple for allegedly zip tying a three year old girl.

CPS removed the three year old from the custody of her mother, Candace Scott, 23, on March 2nd. Scott was arrested and charged with injury to a child on March 8th, and her boyfriend, Royce Dean Fulton, was arrested a few days later.

Fulton and Scott allegedly tied up the child with zip-ties because they and the child were living in Fulton's 18-wheeler's sleeper compartment and they did not want the child to be seen.

The child is still in CPS custody. Scott has been released from jail, while Fulton remains in the San Augustine County jail on $250,000 bond.

I have zipped tied my kids. Well not to hide them but to make them STFU. Sure have. I zipped tied my 16 year old to my 14 year old cause they wouldn't stop fighting, arguing and well annoying the shit out of me. They couldn't walk passed one another that it would erupt in an argument. So one day I had them sit on the floor with their backs to one another and I tied their wrists together. At first they continued to bicker, this time about who's fault it was that caused them to be tied.....it went on for a few and as time went by (roughly 15 minutes), the bickering died down until they stopped. Now every time they start their bullshit I threaten with the zippy ties...Awww motherhood, it's a beautiful thing when you have instruments and an imagination.

They don't look terribly bright or imaginative. But it does sound like they decided to torture the little girl. I'd call it mad rat syndrome, too many rodents living in too close quarters. I bet they had to be treated for fleas on their way to the county lock up.

They were trying to hide tha fact that they were living in the sleeper compartment of an 18 wheeler with a toddler. Just another dumb bitch choosing to live in substandard conditions with her penis. Unless he had her ziptied too. Imagine a 3 year old spending hours in end in a truck cab. These 2 are jackasses.

I can't fault them for living in the truck, I did it for years. Zip tying the kid is another thing. Abusing the child is wrong.
But I have seen a family of six living in a truck temporarily until they got a new place for the family. I have also seen a family of four living in a truck full time, the kids were being home schooled from the truck and learning about history where ever they went. But these stupid idiots need to be shot. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. I hate these idiot people who make all truck drivers look bad. All they see is the bad stuff in the news but never the good stuff that we do. So the general public already has some what of an attitude with a truck driver even before they talk to them.
