Police were working to identify a man who was found naked and dead inside a shed on the city's southwest side.
A neighbor discovered the body on Monday afternoon in the 1500 block of Covina Drive.
Dennis Hoover followed footprints in the snow and found the man in a neighbor's shed, bloody and nude, 10TV's Maureen Kocot reported.
"He was covered (in blood). It looked like he went through a briar patch," Hoover said. "Just scratched all up."
Hoover said the man knocked on his door at about midnight on Sunday, asking to come inside.
"I looked out the door and I couldn't see anybody," Hoover said. "He kept saying 'Sir let me in, sir let me in.' If it was 9 in the morning, maybe, but at midnight, no."
Hoover called 911 but officers could not find the man, Kocot reported.
On Monday police were searching the neighborhood hoping for clues that would indicate what the man was doing in the area and why he was naked.
Investigators said an autopsy will be performed by the Franklin County coroner. They hope to use the man's fingerprints to identify him.
