Mr. Barsanti is charged with sexual exploitation, sexual interference and sexual assault, relating to allegations made by two girls who worked for him at a McDonald's outlet on Brock Street in Whitby. Durham police say Mr. Barsanti pursued social relationships with the girls, 15 and 16, eventually inviting them to his home where the sexual contact is alleged to have occurred.
