towards the end of it she says that anyone who utters her name, her husband's name or the name of the child must have her specific permission to do so.

Did anyone else read all the demands that she makes on her family's behalf, especially the Disneyland demand and the demand that the schoold district hire her as a consultant starting at $15,000.00 a month with 6 months being the shortest time they could employ her.

She didn't just up and think of this a few days after her son was slapped, she had to have had this in her mind for a long time in some form or another.

You cannot copyright a name. It would have to be trademarked. Had she applied for the trademark the correct symbol would have been TM by the name and when the approval granted a circle with an R in it (won't show up properly here). You can use the TM without beginning the registration process though and just declare something your trademark, but it's not full proof if you run into issues with someone else using it down the road. You cannot use the circle with the R until the process has been completed and the trademark approved.

This woman is callous and idiotic. She shows no regard for any other member of society except for those of her own race. Is she saying that it is okay to perform medical experimentation on other members of her community that are not of African American descent? This is not sectionalism, NIMBY, or socioeconomic rage. This is flat out racism fueled with ego filled ethnocentrism.

This woman is the exact definition of what we as a society have been trying to thwart for years. She does not care for equality. She wants her race to be lifted above all other ethnicities. The subjugation of her forefathers is not a compelling enough reason for this mindset. This is pure insanity.

ok guys ive edited his post only to break it down into paragraphs so its easier to read...steve, i greatly appreciate your punctuation! but please refrain from using what we here call the "wall of words" as they are harder to read....i believe steve here has some good points in his post, and a few bad....i like most of his views or i wouldnt have taken the time to revise it so it can be read easier(i did not change any words or phrasing, just broken down the wall of words)

I read it, even without the paragraphs. I get what he is trying to say but a hate filled rant isn't helping much to further tolerance and acceptance of other races, if that is what he intended.
