November 18th Update
SLED has issued an AMBER Alert for 12-year-old Julieta Yoselin. Clemson Police say she may be with 26-year-old Jesus Aldana Lozada headed to Atlanta. Has has been missing since November 15th. Neither SLED nor Clemson Police will say why the AMBER Alert is just being issued now. The pair could be traveling in a 1996 tan 4-door Honda Accord with SC tag # GAT 461.
If you see Yoselin, Lozada, or the car, call 911 immediately.
November 17th Update
Officers are searching for a missing child in Clemson.
Clemson Police believe 12-year-old Julieta Yoselin may be with 26-year-old Jesus Aldana Lozada.
Officers say Lozada may be a friend of the family and not sure if she went willingly.
Chief Jimmy Dixon says Julieta snuck out of her house with her older sister, after their parents put them to bed around 8 p.m.
Her friend told police they noticed someone following them on their way home so they ran to the CVS Pharmacy about a mile from home off Creekside Drive.
Chief Jimmy Dixon explains, "When they got over there the friend that she was with was, they got separated, the friend came around to the CVS pharmacy to call police and so forth and of course the young lady was gone."
Dixon says the girl's parents woke up the next morning and found the girl gone.
Police believe Jesus Lozada may have taken Julieta to the Atlanta area.
