Jason Davis Gave A Holiday Treat To His Neighbor

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA; Three children were sent to a hospital on Wednesday after allegedly eating marijuana laced cookies from a neighbor.

Jason Davis, 40, is accused of giving his neighbor marijuana laced cookies that were accidentally consumed by the neighbors’ child and his two friends.

The step – father of one of the children received the cookies from Davis on Wednesday morning, according to authorities. The step – father accepted the cookies as a generous gift from Davis and set them out as a holiday treat. The step – father was unaware that the cookies were laced with marijuana.

A short time later, the children returned home suffering incontrollable vomiting, dizziness, and headaches. The step – father immediately took the children to a local hospital fearing food poisoning. When Davis heard the children had ate the cookies, he rushed to the hospital and told the parents what was actually in the cookies.

So he gives the neighbor cookies laced but forgot they were laced? hmm. oopsie! Must of been high when he gave the "generous gift".

What I dont understand is did the step father not know? Who just delivers pot cookies to someones house and doesnt tell them? I'm interested to hear further updates to see what more was going on cuz at this point I'm just left puzzled. Sucks this kiddos had to go through so much, but maybe something good will come of it and they will say no to all drugs in the future.

My mother in law offered my mom her "special" sugar cookies about 15 yrs ago. My mom was too naive to know what "special" meant and she ate a few before she started to get sick.... when my MIL told her they were made with green butter my mom freaked.

Poor kids! they must have been so scared and confused; neighbor (assuming dad didn't know) is a Grade A asshole. Poor cookies too, what a waste. Sorry, I'm a smartass.

I totally agree, CB! What a waste! And why doesn't anyone ever drop any of these baked goods off @ my house?

I do feel sorry for the kids though.

The father took the kid's right away, as they got pretty sick. It doesn't really imply he knew or not but if the neighbor came by and said, um, here's some "special" cookies for ya, I think, especially by a male neighbor, as I've never been given a special baked good from any MALE neighbor, I'd be suspicious.

I had a laced brownie once didn't know it as I began to eat it but my friend started to explain the quality green she put in and I was thinking well, I could use it right now. I was beat from the fall exams and needed to relax.
