Crystal Lopez 2 yr. old son didn't die from falling off a stool

Tucson police arrested a woman Tuesday night in the death of her 2-year-old son.

Officers said Crystal Lopez, 30, was booked on charges of first-degree murder and child abuse.

Investigators said the babysitter called 911 on Sept. 30, saying a child fell off a stool and wasn't breathing.

Officers said Ethan Cunningham was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Doctors who examined the child said it didn't look like he fell.

Detectives said they have medical evidence showing the boy was hurt before he was left with the babysitter.

So, correct me if I'm wrong, mom beats the hell out of baby, leaves said baby with a sitter, probably to go party & get her fuck on, baby falls while in the sitters care, sitter thinks baby's injury is her fault, later baby dies, & come to find out it's moms fault?
