    Gary Wilbourn Accused Of Murdering His 4 Mth Old Daughter

    Man charged with baby's death appears in court
    MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) - A Lacey's Spring man made an appearance before a judge Tuesday charged with killing his child.

    Gary Wilbourn went before Judge Steven Haddock for an arraignment. He is charged with capital murder in the death of his 4-month-old daughter.

    Wilbourn is accused of grabbing, squeezing, hitting and shaking his baby at his home in Lacey's Spring. The baby girl died in December of 2008.

    Wilbourn pleaded not guilty to the capital murder charge and not guilty to aggravated child abuse.

    The baby girl died in December of 2008.
    why do trials keep taking this long to give victims justice? we are still awaiting the trial to begin for my nephew who was killed by his stepmother.
