BALTIMORE - Police have arrested Christopher Johnson, 21, and are looking for three more believed to have kidnapped two teens, holding them captive for hours and then beating them, all in an attempt to get information about a stolen PlayStation.
Johnson is being held without bail; he faces 31 charges including two counts of kidnapping, false imprisonment, and third and fourth-degree sex offense charges.
The kidnapping happened the afternoon of May 2 at a bus stop. The teens, age 16 and 17, told police that four men armed with handguns forced them into a black four-door car. They were driven around for a while before being taken to a house.
The teens were then beaten, cut, and burned while the suspects continued to ask them about a missing PlayStation game they claimed they knew nothing about.
Later that same night, the men put the boys back into the car and then dropped them off. They gave the boys fresh clothes and $20 to help pay for a cab. Once the men left, the boys were able to get help from a bystander who took them to an area hospital. One of the teens has a broken eye socket, and it is believed the other was sexually assaulted.
