Virginia Sue Craig of 4334 S. New Hope Road allegedly stole two tubes of Colgate toothpaste and one Colgate toothbrush from the Dentistry of the Carolinas office at 2641 Court Drive. The items had a value of $10, according to a Gastonia Police report.

I don't think they are prosecuting over the things she took, I think it's over the fact that the bitch broke in. If someone broke into my house or office I would press charges whether they took anything or not.
