"I hope I didn't hit him too hard" Says Jonathan Peterson Of Dead 1-Year-Old

A man told Dallas police he beat his girlfriend's baby to death at an Oak Cliff home Tuesday because the boy would not stop crying and calling for his mother, according to police documents.

Child abuse detectives arrested Jonathan Peterson, 22, on a felony charge of injury to a child in the death of 1-year-old Bronson Franklin. Peterson is being held at the Dallas County Jail on $750,000 bail.

Peterson demonstrated for detectives how he "whooped" the baby approximately three times, including a blow to the head, until he stopped crying, the documents said.

"I hope I didn't hit him too hard," Peterson said to Dallas police officers at a hospital.

The severely bruised baby was taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center and briefly resuscitated before being flown to Children's Medical Center Dallas. He died there shortly after 7 p.m.

Doesn't he look all tough and gangsta? I hope Bubba likes "bad boyz". Serioualy, who the fuck is so damn stupid to hit a baby to make it stop crying. Hell, he hit that baby because he was mad;he had a temper tantrum and killed that baby for doing what babies do...cry for Mom. Around a year they all get clingy for Mommy and sorta shy away from other people.. Even when they're happy to see someone and hug and kiss, they will cry and reach for Mom when she leaves. He's an asshole and a hemorrhoid...Bubba will be happy to "reduce" his hemorrhoid!

Dallas police said the charge could be changed to capital murder, now that the baby, who was almost 21 months old, has died.

The child was identified as Bronson Franklin

Had he not died now he wouldn't have survived his second year with this asshole, putrid fuck around him. The mother sure picked a winner.

Just once I'd like to read the mother put a hole through the fucker who killed her baby.

If you have to call paramedics because the baby stopped breathing, you hit him too hard, asswipe. Someone should hit you so hard you start calling for your mama.
