A Montgomery County man was arrested Wednesday after deputies found three children unattended in his Dewitt Drive home, which they say was covered in food, feces and filth.

According to a warrant by Sheriff's Office Investigator Julie Webb, deputies arrested Gregory Keith Weaver after they found three children ages 12, 3 and 1 in his home alone.

A half bottle of whiskey was on the floor of a room where the 3-year-old child was alone, the warrant said. In a back bedroom, there potato chips were mixed with feces on the floor.

The 12-year-old boy said he was kept home from school to watch the other two while his parents attended a court date, the warrant said.

Gregory Keith Weaver, 44, who gave a 2277 Dewitt Drive address, was charged with child abuse or neglect and contempt. His bond was set at $3,500.

I don't understand it either. Hell, we live in a small rv right now and we keep it clean. I sweep and wipe up every freaking day. We live in a park and you wold die if you could see how some people live in their rv's- nasty.

I'm trying to come up with a scenario in which you end up with shitty chips on the floor... I mean, did someone spill the chips and then think "Hey, that looks mighty artistic down there on that linoleum, but it could really use a big coil of brown right in the middle"? Or did someone take a dump on the floor and then cunningly sprinkle chips on top to disguise it? Why?

Or, dear god, is that someone's idea of a snack?
