A 30-year-old Raleigh woman is in jail today after police said she attacked two people with a butcher knife in front of her 6-year-old child.

September Nichelle Snow, of 3074 Woods Place, Apt. A, is charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, one count of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of assault with a deadly weapon with a minor present and one count of misdemeanor child abuse, according to arrest warrants filed with the Wake County Magistrate's Office.

Snow is accused of assaulting Dwight Edward Clark in the home they shared on Saturday, using a butcher knife to stab Clark "in the lower neck down to the upper back."
Snow is also accused of assaulting Margaret Snow with the knife, cutting her on the inside of her right wrist. The warrants do not describe the relationship between September Snow and Margaret Snow. Documents also do not indicate who has custody of the 6-year-old.
