LAWTON, Oklahoma -- A southwest Oklahoma woman who disappeared July 19 with her fiance's pickup truck is back in Comanche County to face two charges.

Tiffiny Bray, 39, appeared in Comanche County District Court Thursday where she's charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and obstructing police. Prosecutors say the charges stem from her taking the truck and for falsely telling her fiance in a text message that she had been kidnapped.

Bray was found Aug. 13 in a Corpus Christi, Texas, hotel room.

During the court appearance Bray said only that she would have to find a place to live if released on bail.
