They have the same coffeemakers for counter and drive-thru as well as for all restaurants. I've had drive-thru people pull the "it's too cold" shit... that's when you get the slow ass line in the morning for breakfast... if there's a wait for breakfast in the morning, it's not because they were busy, it's because some ass thinks their coffee is too cold.

My sister-in-law is one of those people that when a restaurant sees her coming they want to close up and sell the business. she wants something special done in a special way everytime she eats out. We refuse to eat with her because she takes the longest to figure out what she wants and then she has to have it made special. She wants the special set price for a dinner but she wants to change it up and add this but take off that. I run screeaming if she wants to go to the Japanese place cause she always orders sushi and never wants it like it comes and she will get complicated with it, too. Part of the reason is because she wants to make sure that her meal is made fresh from the start and the other reason is because she's a bitch. So Saffron I know what you're talking about.
NOT once have I had a coffee given to me from McD's too cold. Who are these people? patrons from hell?
Insightful info Harley, tho I still think the mom is and idiot, NOT using common sense. Cubby I did the same thing with my son's straws cutting them down, those things can be hazardous with little ones, poked his eye good once.
I'm rather stunned more people don't make these claims simply to get an easy pay-off seems like McD's not caring much on changing their policies so fuck'em.

No, making it hot keeps you from getting that free refill.
