Angel & Bones Star David Boreanaz Accused of Sexual Harassment

David Boreanaz, lead actor in the hit series 'Bones' has been accused of sexual harassment in a new lawsuit files this week. The accuser is a woman who often played a role as an extra on the very same show in which David Boreanaz stars.

Earlier this year, David Boreanaz admitted to having cheated on his wife.

Now, TMZ.com reports on the sexual harassment allegations that:

The suit, filed by Gloria Allred, claims the sexual harassment began during filming on August 21, 2009. According to the suit, David was sending "sexually inappropriate text messages" to Kristina Hagan, who was an extra on the show.

The suit also claims David was driving with Kristina in September, 2009 and told her he was "the boss" and that he could "make things happen for her."

The suit claims David then parked his car, and "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away." The suit then alleges Boreanaz "unzipped his pants, pulled out his penis and began stroking it until he ejaculated."

Another encounter allegedly occurred with Hagan in David's trailer on September 29, according to the docs. Once again Hagan claims Boreanaz grabbed, kissed, and fondled her -- and then "masturbated in front of her."

Then the suit claims that in October Boreanaz told Hagan "he and his wife had argued because there were reports of his infidelity" coming out -- and that he and Hagan would have to "cool it."

According to the suit, Boreanaz continually told Hagan he was trying to find an acting role for her, but never delivered.

“The allegations concerning any alleged inappropriate conduct by David Boreanaz are totally fabricated and absurd,” said Boreanaz’s rep.

“There is no validity to this lawsuit.”

In addition to Boreanaz, Hagan is suing FOX and the show’s production companies.

Hate to say it, but isn't that what they all say? Plus, (and I love the show "Bones"), I'm convinced that actors who can play a bad guy so well that you can actually hate him, or he can scare you must have a little bit (or a lot) of real bad guy in them... Boreanz as Angel, Boreanz in Valentine.... He can do creepy bad guy really well, maybe a little too well.
Ain't sayin it's true, but I'm not so quick to dismiss it either.

I hope it's not true...I love "Booth" and I would hate to have that ruined for me =/ But, it seems like lately the requirement for being a celebrity is that you are also an asshat.

Never was a big Buffy or Angel fan, oddly. I always thought it was the kind of thing I should like but...eh. Just didn't do it for me.

David Boreanaz Admits: I Cheated on My Wife

Bones star David Boreanaz is opening up about reports that he has been unfaithful to his wife of nearly nine years, Jaime Bergman.

"Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities," the actor admits to PEOPLE. "I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible."

The actor, 40, is coming forward, he says, because a former mistress, whom he declines to name, contacted an attorney and threatened to contact media outlets.

"I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with," he says. "She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion."

Now, with the news of his infidelities out in the open, Boreanaz is getting down to the difficult task of salvaging his relationship with his wife.

"We're working on our marriage," he says. "We're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly.
