"Male Whore Dog" Joseph Weeks Allegedly Sexually Assaulted Girl High On Cough Syrup

HUDSON, TX (KTRE) - Hudson Police have arrested a Lufkin man after they say he had sex with a 13-year-old girl while she was high on cough medicine.

According to an arrest affidavit, Joseph Michael Weeks, 18, met up with the alleged victim and two other friends. According to the report, one of the friend's mother allowed her daughter and the 13-year-old girl to leave with Weeks, but she told Weeks not to mess with the girl because she knew that he was a "male whore dog."

The four went to Lufkin Wal-Mart and purchased cough medicine and cigarettes, the affidavit stated. They then smoked and drank the medicine in the parking lot and went to a house in Hudson.

At the house, the affidavit states Weeks began kissing the girl and she kissed him back. He then tried to grope her but she told him to stop, the affidavit states.

According to the affidavit, Weeks forced himself on the girl as she was starting to feel the effects of the medicine. The affidavit states she remembers her pants being down and Weeks having sex with her and she told him to stop but he did not until her friend told him to.

According to the affidavit, Weeks told police he did not rape the girl but they did have consensual sex.

Weeks is out of jail after he posted a $50,000 bond.

"I heard Joseph Weeks has messed with a 13-year-old girl in my homeboy's house," said Travis Thornton, a friend of Weeks.

Thornton wasn't there at the time, but is positive there's only on TV in the house. Piecing things together, he encouraged Weeks to come forward.

"He was going to get in more trouble," Thornton said. "You can't run forever."

Thornton says the community is disappointed. Weeks had plans to enlist in the Air Force.

"They don't think it's right because Joseph had a life to look forward to," Thornton said. "Now, it's ruined."

I'd love to bitch slap her, wtf was she thinking? obviously the 13 yo wasn't thinking, (buy's ciggies and cough syrup---red alert!), and mom was doing nothing to protect her from a potential bad situation. The mom's an idiot.

This reminds me when I was stupid at 14. I went out with a guy who was in his 20's. Sadly, my mom wasn't concerned. Luckily, we didn't have sex. But, it could've been bad. It didn't last long as I found out he was after another girl.
